This would certainly help solve the parking shortage in New York City. Vertical parking should be legalized.

Awh, this is just one big refrigerator magnet. I angled zoom in on Google, it’s holding up a note Dutch note, loosely translated “Park Here and get a free refrigerator magnet”

I’m guessing this was done to satisfy zoning requirements for development. The developer had to provide 2 parking spots per unit built. But the regulations didn’t say that the spots had to be horizontal.
