(KUTV) SALT LAKE CITY, Utah A mother is upset after a 14-year-old babysitter engaged in sexual conduct with her eight-year-old boy, and the eight-year-old was charged with lewd conduct. Prosecutors have since dropped the charges against the boy, but his mother is still concerned. The sexual conduct occurred during a game of “truth or dare” while the boy was being watched by the babysitter.
Prosecutors say that, while the babysitter initiated the contact, the young boy was a willing participant.
“She dared my son to touch her breasts,” says Michelle Grosbeck, the boy’s mother.
Prosecutors in this country are absolutely unbelievable.
Prosecuters are vicious political pricks that are costing this country billions every year.Loser pays is the only way to solve this.If court and attorney costs came out of a prosecuters budget they would start operating in an efficent and sensible manner.
BTW the toy is a nice touch I never would have thought to do that.
I imagine that baby’s parents were thrown into jail for life for duct-taping their kid to the wall. Or maybe the baby was executed for allowing the wasting of duct tape.

Of course this happened almost 2 years ago. I wonder how the local community has felt about this case and how the DA has handled it.
What I find strange is that they didn’t charge the 14 year old girl? Did they charge the 8 year old boy because he was male and the “older” and supposedly “more responsible” female babysitter was somehow seduced by the younger child? If the situation was dealing with a 14 year old male babysitter and an 8 year old girl, you’d be damn sure to expect the prosecutors would have thrown the book at baby sitter.
The woman of the 8 year old boy was justifiably upset that her son should be treated as the instigator and that the girl was not held accountable.
Someone or some organization should have investigated the Salt Lake County District Attorney and see how many times such bias had influenced the decision whether to prosecute the alleged crimes.

Wow… I touched the breasts of almost all my babysitters except for two when I was growing up… Under the shirt, over the bra typically. I think that’s pretty good for kid under 12.

Grosbeck (the mother) is obviously a loonie. I bet the DA simply sent a message to people like her that if you’re stupid enough to bother us about nonsense, you won’t like what may happen.
What this case shows is that there are loonies (the charging prosecutor) everywhere but that a “system” should correct itself as it did here.
Not so with Nifong because he was the loonie in charge. Systems don’t correct when the nut is on top. Kinda makes me think of Republican politics.

Not to offend, but how many of you have spent any time in Utah? This is rather a repressed place. The average West Coaster would suffocate in five minutes, and I’m not talking altitude.
Is corporal punishment legal in Utah? The boy and girl should both be spanked. The prosecutors, as adults, should be flogged in public. God told me.
