Florida man blames cat for downloading child pornography — Uh, I’m not going any further with this gag.
Dogs have been blamed for eating homework – now a Florida man says his cat downloaded child pornography.Police are charging Keith Griffin of Jensen Beach, Florida with 10 counts of possession of child pornography after finding more than 1,000 images on his personal computer.Griffin told police he had been downloading music, and that his cat jumped on the keyboard when he left the room. He said “strange things” appeared on the computer when he returned.

A few pics, I would understand…. Cats WILL jump on the keyboard while attracted to movement on the screen, and anything could happen if the PC is not protected from those shitstorm scripts that pop up windows until the thing falls down due to lack of memory or disk space.
And, to be honest, there’s a lot of stuff running on Windows-based PC’s that the average user may not know anything about. How do you think the MACHINE knows when it’s time to upgrade your copy of Norton?
SO, to be fair to the guy, we need to know if he had any sort of protection running to prevent this – it could have been a “drive-by” easily enough? If not, who knows how it got there?

So do all the files have the same date, or was the cat downloading on a regular basis? Is the cat itself underage? Do any of the pics feature kittens in compromising positions? More information is needed before we can determine that the cat is a pervert.

I mean they did take the site down didn’t they unless they were running the site in which case they should still have the records.
