    It seems fairly safe as these things go and looks like a lot of fun, but I’d like to see how it performs in even a mild crosswind. The high bid is only $14k? That’s NZ dollars?

    Recently read about a “ground effect” craft and this looks like it. Passenger carrying experimental aircraft without seat belts huh?

    Looks nice and smooth — didn’t see how it goes on land, though. Might be a bit inconvenient unless those wings fold or come off. Wonder what kind of mileage it gets?
