  1. Alfie says:

The Internet is not vulnerable to a “Pearl Harbor” attack, but the websites of the big banks that are run by criminals are. Maybe that’s what this article is about:

    http://cbn.com/cbnnews/world/2012/October/US-Fingers-Iran-Hackers-in-Persian-Gulf-Cyberattacks/

The big banks are gang-raping the USA.

  2. jpfitz says:

The electric grid is not connected to the web, you would have to enter a building with armed guards at the entrance.

    • deowll says:

The computers used to control the electric grid and most other utilities are connected to net for convenience and most of them run Windows.

      • jpfitz says:

Wrong, I know for a fact the grid is isolated. I know somebody who has been in the system for almost 20 years. He wrote software for the system. HP tried to steal him, he’s one of the top guys in the field. You must have physical access to the hardware. you’ll have get through the walls security. Fear mongering is the job one of news outlets. So… Fear not the grids are isolated from each other. And the Web.

  3. deowll says:

Must agree with Adam and John. When you are this obsessed with seeing racism everywhere in everyone that disagrees with your god/Obama you are the racist. Okay you might just be a …..

Oh so we want a hamster brain that needs a team to do all his thinking for him will the Pres. plays computer speaker?

Does H. Clinton deserve to be under the bus? If she bothered to check her people certainly had video of what happened and they should have provided more security and had $2,000,000,000 on hand to buy more security with.

I got it another attack on privacy and freedom of speech. These people are the thought police.

  4. deowll says:

    H. Clinton says the buck stops here, which suggests that she was running the state department without significant input from the President and had been for some time while he ran for the office he had abandoned to run for office. He wasn’t attending security briefings and I sincerely doubt that he was reading the print outs or he should not have been so utterly clueless. Joe was at least equally ill informed or he should not have said some of the clueless things he is recorded as saying.

In fact if what is said by the WH and H. Clinton is to be believed Obama and Biden were both much further out of contact with what was actually going on than I was and had worse sources of information. By just reading the news I pretty much had the main details worked out as they now appear to be in a couple of days while the WH was still pushing total BS a week later.

Do I wish to entrust the fate of my nation and the lives of my family to this monument to ineptitude? Preet!

  5. ECA says:

    lETS SEE…
    Internet virus attack??

WHO here understands HOW to protect a computer??
HOW many ways to protect yourself ON THE NET??
    Hardware/software and so forth.

IF a corp is STUPID ENOUGH to get hacked…WHO is at fault?
How many of you are WILLING to click a link or START a file…Thats in EMAIL or on the net..ESPECIALLY(yes I spelled it out) on an UNSECURED SYSTEM?? A system thats Linked to your MAIN system..
WHO runs a system that LETS CRAP RUN from the NET on a computer without KNOWING what its doing??

NOSCRPT, ADBLOCK, Antivirus and all the protection the consumer runs…and these FOLKS/companies have no idea??

If you own a Brick and mortar store..do you pay for the broken window??
SAME for the net..FIX the window or get BETTER protection..

    • jpfitz says:

You do realize most company owners know nothing about the security needed to thwart malicious software or virus attacks.
      /sarcasm on
I’am flagging you for explaining the existence of a computer security issue without proper clearance.
      /sarcasm off

      • ECA says:

        I agree.

WE are not the 80% of the USA.
AND I hope that THOSE corps are not using those 80% to run security on a NETWORK..
AS, you DONT PAY cash to an IDIOT..(but the gov did/has..)
