Every administration, Republican and Democrat, has those who are corrupt, inept, etc, it’s just that this one seems (luckily for us) to have people who were unusually adept at getting caught. The continuation of a Republican tradition, it is. But their 41 (by this count) doesn’t hold a candle to the Reagan regime.
When Bush 41 took office, over 100 members of the Reagan gang were in prison, on probation, on trial or under indictment.

I would be willing to bet that both parties are equally dirty. In fact any more I see very little distinction between the parties.

You should change the headline to indicted, convicted, pled guilty, or resigned. At least a dozen entries were X resigned while being accused of doing Y.
Perhaps, I’m lowering the standards after the last few decades, but this strikes me as evidence of a lack of criminality, with Scooter Libby the only major figure other than Paul Wolfowitz, who was railroaded for trying to reform the World Bank.
The list should also include people who fled the country to avoid investigation, as well as pleading the 5th.

I think the guy who claimed Bush was arrested for cocaine ended up dead. He said he was arrested sometime in the summer, and a judge, somewhere in Texas, expunged the record. This guy was set to be the next Sy Hersh I tell ya.
