Hitting her in the eye would have killed her. So funny! What is wrong with these people?

You have an odd way of agreeing with someone. Heh, I’m not angry. It takes a few million dead to get me angry, not one confused fellow on the inter-tube-webs.

Back on point. It might be disturbance of peace in your area; in mine it is a “violation of noise ordinance” and thus “disturbing the peace” is solely a way for the pigs to arrest anyone, anytime, for any reason. Of course, YMMV; I can hardly keep track of my own local laws. My point stands; too many laws, too much justification for that sort of behavior.

natefrog – “Where are all the people who claim the police are completely innocent and challenge us to find any example of police brutality now?”

I guess I’d be counted in that group (sort of). I’m the first to defend police action when I believe it is appropriate. To me, this is not one of those times. They didn’t need to shoot – especially since she’s just walking backwards with a sign. Stupid move on the part of the police. The department will unfortunately have to pay for a few idiots’ mistakes.

As a sidenote – it looks to me like the first time they shot her with a pepperball? When she turns around there is a clear powder mark on her dress. It definitely wasn’t a rubber bullet. As seen when she got hit in the head, rubber bullets hurt like a bit*h. Not that it matters – just curious if anyone else noticed that.

You’ve heard it a million times but you all bitch until you need the cops to get you out of a bad situation. I say, “nice shot”! All you pansies complaining about anything and everything. Nobody cares about your opinion (and the same could go for mine as well). I realize that. I think cops put up with enough people’s crap.
