I’ve been seeing more of these lame Microsoft ads on Tv, usually during a two hour feature like “Fringe” (#1) and “Batman Returns”. What’s really lame about them is they’re repeating them. And their order is confusing. I never saw the connecting one, that gets them into these peoples’ home. Was that shown only on the web?

Here’s what Microsoft should do to sell Vista. Hire the E-Trade baby animator, to do something equally cute. Like maybe a different talking baby, or dog or cat. Aflac’s got a duck, Geigo a gecko, E-Trade a baby, and Apple a stuff shirt vs a dude. What’s Microsoft got. Bill and Jerry acting weird around normal people. How is this selling Vista? I think Gates just wanted to hang with Jer, and be seen on Tv. And this ad campaign was his excuse.

About Windows 7. What do we know about it? What is suppose to make it better than Vista? We need some meaty articles to start appearing here, if it’s on its way. So was Vista another placeholder, like ME was?

The problem with stealing DRM free Spore is that you cant share content with other players, or with Maxis itself. The free version requires you to build everything from scratch every time you play.

Its a decent game worth the $50, but I hope game developers learn their lesson with crappy DRMs.

Who is M$ targeting with those stupid Gates/Seinfeld ads? Do they realize that “Seinfeld” has been in reruns for over ten years? Who are their target demographic, old geezers? Don’t old geezers already use Windoze?

We’re talking about EA; chances are that the next version will include crippleware so bad you’ll have to reformat your HDD every time you want to uninstall the game. and that’s just for game consoles like the PS3 and 360.
