Quantum Sleeper. Bullet proof bed? Where do these idiots live?? How about moving?

They can also be used for a place of retreat and defense against perpetrators that break into homes to steal, accost, ransom or in some other way potentially harm the homeowners or occupants. They are also suitable as a protective environment during times of biological warfare, chemical warfare or other harmful gas attack (all the elements of a safe bed, safe room & bomb shelter). It may also include feature to provide protection from tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes and floods. The Quantum Sleeper is intended for use of the public at large and has potential uses for the medical and government community as well.

I don’t know, New York City? While the danger of stray bullets is pretty slim (although, not unheard of), the rest of the listed threats is “real” (if one can believe all the terror threat analyses).

While, not online, U.S. News Report in their print edition had a pretty creepy map of Manhattan and the various danger zones. The online article that appears to lack the map: http://www.usnews.com/usnews/issue/040816/usnews/16terror.htm

I happen to work in a “red zone” and live in an “orange” zone. Maybe I should get me one of those beds … for the office.
