So I’m flipping the channels on German TV and come across this show. This rather unusual looking woman who appears to be about 60, large, wrinkled and with the top of her head dyed bright signal flare red, is sitting there reading Tarot cards and doing fortunes on the air. Agh.

Yep, that’s Europe. I’m from Italy and over there every local channel has at least one of those shows… don’t ask me, I don’t get it either.

Behold the glory that is German television “services.” I know that after 9:00 or so I only have about 6-7 channels that don’t deal with “count the kilos and win €50,000” or “hot sexy sport clips.”

The Germans also have a tv show called ‘Pimp mein Fahrrad’ (Pimp my bike).

and some people here ask me why i don’t watch TV anymore..
of course, the shown channel is a fairly new one with very low cost content and so on. but still, none of the shows on TV are worth watching.
