This excellent video is floating around the net and it shows a primate finding a way to get a couple of tigers out of its backyard. Quite interesting.

this explains why bush is a president very well

  2. BubbaRay says:

It also explains why we’re at the top of the food chain — super bowl of the jungle, monkey 1, cats 0.

  3. Just Some Dude says:

#1, What in the HELLare you talking about?!?

  4. Duffy says:

Cute. Those are cubs. If they were adults, the monkey would have been lunch…the adults would have gone up the tree after him.

  5. Perry Noiya says:

Two very young tigers. Primate’s success not certain with adult tiger. I suspect the primate would move to the high branches should an adult show up. I know I would.

#2. In recent years several unfortunate Floridians have found that the gator might be a notch higher up the food chain than they were. We are only at the top of the food chain when armed to the teeth.

#4, Perry, OK, with opposable thumbs, logic and reasoning: science 1, gators 0. Hello, boots.

On one golf course on Hilton Head Island, SC, armed with only a 9 iron, gator 1, me 0. Hello, car! 🙂

I’ve heard the story of the signifying monkey. This must be him.

Hey Mom! Kenny’s playing with the baby tigers again!

  9. mark says:

    Cheeky Monkey. Excellent really!

  10. Misanthropic Scott says:

Actually, I think the kittens have better odds of climbing the trees after the ape than an adult would. I also think this is no monkey. It looks like a gibbon or siamang to me, a lesser ape. I know of one species of tailless monkey in Spain. Most monkeys do have tails though.

    monkeys are funny

  12. mark says:

    I like monkeys

A grown tiger would indeed gone up the tree… only to crash down…
This monkey is soo light when compared to a full grown tiger. He would just climb to the thinner higher branches…

This is like watching an adult play tennis with two 6 month old’s.

If the simian had tried this with Tigar Mom or Dad….there would have been lower ape on the menu that day.

Still, cute video though. The Tigar cubs had game.
