Bruce Elliott has painted a nude portrait of Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin and hung it above the Old Town Ale House, where it’s now a prime attraction among his display of more than 200 celebrity portraits and other racy art.
Elliott’s wife, Tobin Mitchen, owns the bar on Chicago’s North Side,
Palin became Elliott’s muse after he saw her on TV.
“I’ve been following her religiously,” he said Monday at the bar. “I had never heard of her before, like everyone else. I find her bizarrely fascinating, even though I pretty much despise everything she stands for.”
Despite their political differences, Elliott admits to a bit of a crush on the Alaska governor.

And, btw, you don’t need to have a nude in front of you to paint a cartoon-style nude. He probably just had his daughter stand fully clothed in front of him in the position shown in the painting holding a broom so the proportions didn’t end up completely wrong.

I don’t agree with the “Creation Science” in school, but many, many Americans DO. That is my point! And the “reproductive rights” is not really a “right” if abortion is overturned, is it? It’s not in the Constitution, it’s not an amendment, so it is a debatable issue. So I stand by my statement, MOST Americans agree with her. I don’t agree with everything on the Republican Platform, and some of it I disagree with stongly, but I would be shocked if you agree with EVERYTHING B. Hussein wants to do. Marxism, anyone? When I say I agree with her, I mean on most policies, but certainly not EVERY one of them. For instance, I like the idea of less taxes, accountability for immigration, more action in Washington, and somebody who has some damn “common sense”. Somebody not educated at Harvard or Yale, or Oxford, like BJ Clinton, being in the White House would be a breath of fresh air. Maybe you would like a nude portrait of Nancy Pelosi? That would be stunning. The canvas would have to be stretched extra tight. By the way, this hack artist’s inclusion of an AK47 as her hunting weapon shows what an idiot he is. Libs, you should all know we “gun nuts” keep the AK47’s for use in urban areas for situations like the hurricane riots by the “oppressed” after the police in Louisiana all ran away. For hunting, we prefer a much more subtle and beautiful weapon, say, a Ruger, Remington or a Winchester rifle in the appropriate caliber for the prey. Incidentally, that right IS in the Constitution, it is not for “hunting”, and John and she support it. The Dems are afraid to embrace the total Bill of Rights. What does that tell you? Now, Hussein, he is happy to craft a way to eliminate one of those amendments, and take away all firearms from the population. He doesn’t get that the reason the 2nd Amendment is the NUMBER TWO amendment, is because it is the one which GUARANTEES ALL the REST of the Amendments. I prefer my Constitution to remain as it is. I don’t want a politician tinkering with it. Neither did the Supreme Court a few months ago. So, if you all want to drink the Hussein Kool Aid, drink up. Most Americans are not buying it. The MOST liberal Senator should not become the President. And even if he is ahead in the polls, your left leaning media and pollsters always omit the fact that the President is elected by an Electoral College, and there are plenty of states where people agree with me. It’s tough being a Conservative in San Francisco, but it can be done. And just hearing today that the moderator for the VP debates wrote a book kissing Hussein’s ass does not surprise me. I know you disagree, and you have a perfect right to your opinion, but her is SF, it is like everybody has a hydrapack full of Obama Kool Aid, and they are sucking and sucking and sucking it all day long. Those brainwashed kids singing the Obama song was scary. So is Michele Hussein. Sure. We know. Go ahead, take you shots at what I wrote above. We have heard it all before, and we know you libs are SO much more progressive and BETTER than anyone else. God knows, you say it over and over. Fact is, the rest of America is NOT like California, fortunately.
If Ms. Palin didn’t actually pose for the picture, or otherwise authorize it, this isn’t news. It’s just a slam at the Republicans.
