The first time that I saw this photo it was over at Worth1000.com where they photoshop pictures. Hope that you don’t believe that this actually exists?
You mean just because it is rather hard to maintain indoor escalators outside in the elements without a covering? Hmm.
I have seen this picture before, and I am pretty sure it is a 24 hour fitness in my town. I think its the one in Point Loma.

I think Bryan is right…it IS the one in Point Loma, which is in San Diego. If you look at the sign…(to the right) you can almost make out the words Point Loma.
Evidently there is a 24hour fatness in Kirkland that ALSO has an escalator….
so, not photoshopped.
Yep, it’s in Pt. Loma (San Diego) alright. I live a couple of miles down the street. What isn’t obvious from the photo though, is that the escalators lead to an entire second level of a strip center, *not* just the 24hr Fitness. Framing (editing) is everything.

If you say so its at Point Loma, but I know of one that is identical looking in the Dana Pointe area where my family has a surf shop. It’s like two doors down and I always though it was kinda awkward. However, I think there is an italian resturaunt to the left of it (upstairs).
