I imaging the asking price is in US dollars so it really is not that bad for sticker price.
There are reasons we have two kidneys. Commodity trading, isn’t one of them.

Kind of a “Fail” advert. If someone is insured – or wealthy, they will be able to deal with this. They would be able to pay a lot more too.
If someone is poor and uninsured $30000 is beyond them.
This would normally be something seen in a poor country, and the USA. The rest of us either have universal health care, or (like China) a ready supply from condemned felons and a severe legal system that makes Texas look sensible!
