From Craigslist:

  1. The DON says:

Is it a red kidney bean?

or maybe its a pigs kidney? from the local butchers.

  2. SparkyOne says:

there may be numerous buyers as we get closer to government run health care.

  3. hhopper says:

Seems a little over-priced to me.

  4. parts_box says:

If it’s legal in some parts of Nevada for
women to sell there naughty parts, why can’t
I sell a rich, sickly person one of my kidneys?

  5. SparkyOne says:

I imaging the asking price is in US dollars so it really is not that bad for sticker price.

  6. sargasso says:

There are reasons we have two kidneys. Commodity trading, isn’t one of them.

  7. Faxon says:

Probably a nice fresh cow kidney, ready to make in to a nice hot kidney pie. Buyer beware. Would you put Craigslist parts inside of YOU?

  8. Aneurin says:

I wonder how long that advert stayed up.

Kind of a “Fail” advert. If someone is insured – or wealthy, they will be able to deal with this. They would be able to pay a lot more too.

If someone is poor and uninsured $30000 is beyond them.

This would normally be something seen in a poor country, and the USA. The rest of us either have universal health care, or (like China) a ready supply from condemned felons and a severe legal system that makes Texas look sensible!

  9. right says:

Sparky – #2. What do you mean exactly?

  10. Uncle Don says:

You know, we don’t have enough prisons in this country to hold all the Craigslist wackos …

  11. hhopper says:

You know, we don’t have enough prisons loony bins in this country to hold all the Craigslist wackos …

    There, fixed that for you.

  12. jescott418 says:

Seems a bit desperate but then again these are desperate times for some.

  13. Ah_Yea says:

I’ve got one slightly used, nearly perfect condition Spleen for sale for the right price!
