Too Much Vitamin E Can Kill You

Many people take vitamin supplements because they believe it will improve their health in the long term, however, lead researcher Dr. Edgar R. Miller warned, “Our study shows that use of high-dose vitamin E supplements certainly did not prolong life, but was associated with a higher risk of death.”

Miller said people taking a multivitamin should ensure it contains a low dose of vitamin E.

One minute they say this. The next minute they say that.

    Same thing with tofu being a healthy alternative for protein, and then reports that older asian men (Japanese, specifically?), who have been eating it all their lives, have a higher incidence of Alzheimer’s. ðŸ™

    There is a Purdue University Study that shows that vitamin E found in plant seeds are not in most of your manufactured supplements. And that this is the Vitamin E needed to halt the prostate and lung cancer cells.
