Here is what Gary Shapiro CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) said: Dvorak's writing sings with insight and clarity. Whether or not you agree with John's views, he will get you thinking and is never boring. These essays are worth the read!

That music is bad
Would have liked to see how bumpy the plane was landing on the ground. All the guy needs now is a few small missiles triggered when he blinks his eyes
Nice video and electronics
Great, aerial surveillance for everyone. Put a zoom on this and the paparazzi would have a field day.
I see them deployed to Iraq within a year. Put an M-16 on this baby and put them online as a video game we would win this war in 6 months.
I wonder how much is wrapped up in this… Neat!
The ariel shots were nice, but they were rudely interrupted by the behind-the-scenes technicalities. I wish someone would invent a motorized housefly with cam capabilities that I could send through my neighbor’s cracked-opened window to watch her in the shower. Of course, I could always use a bump key to get into her apartment and plant a tiny hidden camera, but the problem with that is evidence. The housefly could leave without a trace. 😉
#6… You could always just go over and ask her out on a date…..
I can see news stations using this to get aerial views of live traffic events rather than helicopters… of course, use the mounted camera idea with an RC helicopter instead of a real one instead of an RC plane.
This would be better if there were instrument readouts on the dash of the plane. At least an led that warned when signal was getting too low.

Yeah, I mentioned the crappy music to John when I emailed him the link. 🙂
The same guy has a couple other movies on Google which show some landings.
Cameras on planes have been around for awhile…
What I thought was neat was the attachment of the gyro to the headset, and having the camera track his head-movements – using the RC channels.
Also bice that the “credits” list the equipment used, and a discussion forum for this brach of RC planes.
I love it ! Where can i get one? If anybody knows please feel free to post a link
Here is what happened to my brother’s plane when he he tried this on his own-

TEDIOUS?!?! What’s wrong with you? That’s like the Holy Grail for anyone who’s ever been a radio-control enthusiast. I agree with #3.
