Bush has taken 225 days at the same point in his first term.

Honestly all Presidents take a lot of days off. I didn’t care when Bush did it and I don’t care when Obama does it. As long as they get their shit done.

Bush was on permanent vacation. He started two wars and kept finding out his ranch needed some brush cleared. After Katrina wiped out a major US city, he flew over because it was on the way to Crawford. Bush also spent more time at Camp david than any other President. Bush made it well known he worked from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday to Friday. Don’t bug him after hours; see his boss Cheney.
