I was thinking about writing a long detailed article about Hillary’s email but I think instead I’m going to do a series of shorter posts to match the attention spam of the average modern “journalist”.

So – now that I’ve insulted the press – let’s get started.

Let’s assume for the moment that somehow having your own server for Secretary of State business is somehow acceptable – which it isn’t – then – why not have 2 separate accounts on your own server?

hillary@clintonemail.com – personal

secretary.of.state@clintonemail.com – business

If she had merely created 2 separate email accounts on her own server then if she was going to delete 30,000 emails on her personal account then it wouldn’t look as bad as deleting them from one account. And if Congress subpoenaed her SOS account they wouldn’t get her personal email. That would take a second separate subpoena and it’s unlikely they would get that.

Just like people have separate bank accounts for personal and business people have separate email accounts for personal and business. And anyone who can’t figure that out isn’t qualified to be POTUS. After 2 stupid presidents in a row I think America deserves a president who can at least manage email.

And – what the hell is this?

https://mail.clintonemail.com

I thought that server wasn’t up anymore. And even though it’s https – it’s not encrypted! WTF!

Look for more articles over the next few days. There’s a lot more where this came from. A LOT more.

  1. Hmeyers says:

You also may be missing that the server given to the FBI, may not be the actual server that was used.

(I think she’s corrupt. When she said last week “I’m a moderate” what she really meant is she is part of the “do nothing” crowd that just wants the office.

I hope Hillary stays in the race as long as possible. I think people like her deserve to lose slowly, painfully and in a way that destroys their reputation. )

    • Marc Perkel says:

I was thinking the same thing about Trump.

      • Hmeyers says:

Trump is very interesting. On one hand, he’s no role model. Some of the things he says are offensive.

On the other hand, most politicians seem to find everyone else except Americans important.

        1) Illegal immigrants
        2) Corporations needing to fire Americans so they can hire H1B visa people.
        3) Refugees from Jihadist countries.

Normally, I wouldn’t think Trump would be electable. But don’t ignore the Bill Clinton factor.

Bill Clinton was/is a likable guy, and people were willing to overlook flaws for someone who is likable and someone who likes people.

So it is possible Trump ends up winning it all. Or not. Will be fun to watch.

    • NewFormatSux says:

No, they are actively planning spontaneous events to improve her likeability. Like David Letterman before him, Jimmy Fallon is assisting in this endeavour. On her appearance, he asks about Donald Trump’s hair, and Hillary responds ‘You want to pull my hair.’

David Letterman gave her a planned pop quiz of New York, and she got to say ,’I know that… blue bird!’

  2. admfubar says:

I just love that it is a windows base mail server…
it couldnt be secure not matter how hard you tried.

  3. Where there's smoke, there's fire says:

Didn’t Hillary have all the emails she turned over PRINTED out?

An inconvenient chore, but yet an excellent way to wordsmith and “tweak” the details before printing!

And although email header info can be forged, alas this electronic information “probably” wasn’t provided with the print-outs.

    https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204643950/understanding-an-email-header

    Something stinks.

    • Likes2LOL says:

50,000+ pages submitted to the State Dept. on PAPER ONLY?

Methinks Ms. Clinton was too clever by three-quarters… 😉

  4. mojo says:

Yes, she printed it all out. It’s an old lawyer trick to flood the opposition with docs that have no real info in them. Takes time to determine that.

But you are right, the printed mail should not have been acceptable, since it lacks the structure used to verify content length/MAC, times, etc.

    • MikeN says:

The printouts are illegal. She is required to hand over all records. Copies of records are not acceptable. She had to hand over the actual e-mails, to be in compliance with government record keeping rules.

  5. Tom says:

OK, I am officially totally bored with this subject. It has been discussed in to the ground already! Yawn!

    • Ah_Yea says:

Oh no, this is just the beginning! Like Hmeyers says, it’s not about the emails, it’s about the coverup.
What to keep an eye on is how deep the corruption goes and how effective the coverup becomes. This whole thing is so massive, so deep, so putrid, that it makes Watergate look like a garden party.
Obviously Hillary and her entire staff is corrupt. So ask yourself, who is going to go to jail, and how is covering for her?
Look for who goes to jail, if anyone, and think how fair this system is or, more likely, how much like a banana republic our “democracy” has become.

      • Hmeyers says:

Politics is all about being liked.

She hasn’t even begun to stink up the race.

The smelly cloud of Hillary hasn’t even started.

        Stay tuned! It’ll be hilarious.

  6. Fuck Hillary says:

I’ve been saying it for years — THIS BITCH IS INCOMPETENT!

If people would only review her WHITEWATER scandal, I doubt she’d still be in politics (and a few dead American patriots in Libya would probably be alive too)!

    … But I suppose if you’re a brain dead lib-tard, “it just doesn’t matter“!

    • MikeN says:

Marc Perkel probably believes that Hillary turned a $1000 investment into $100,000 by learning about commodities trading from reading the Wall Street Journal.

  7. MikeN says:

Marc Perkel, you know why the two e-mail system is unworkable, beyond the illegality. She was preemptively protecting herself from having her e-mails be handed over to investigators. She was probably anticipating selling of favors. Combining both gives her a convenient excuse for deletion.

I find it strange that Obama doesn’t just delete all his e-mails when asked, just as Bill Clinton did as president. It’s not like Obama is being forthcoming with other investigations.

  8. The Succubus says:

    Hillary!
    Hilla-Ra!
Hilla …hah hah hah hah hah …ha!

  9. rpauli says:

what everyone should know, especially the head of the State Dept – is that computer operating systems are essentially governments.

They operate under strict rules – traffic rules mostly, about how to send and deliver and store. then like a nation, different allegiances pop up here and there. That she setup her own server, suggests that she knew that. But we all know that it is very risky to have one computer, to have one email address, one OS and one cloud service. Especially in affairs of state – where nationally sponsored hackers are fully dedicated to gather info. I would hope that she, or Kerry now, have many, many different channels of communication.

  10. NewFormatSux says:

Marc, for your promised followup posts, please stop making the rookie mistake of assuming that clintonemail.com is set up exactly the same as it was before.

  11. I heard she adjusted her spam filter so that she could forward penis enlargement offers to Bill.

  12. NewFormatSux says:

Marc, if journalists are asking the wrong questions, why don’t you tell them the right ones? Why can’t you make an appearance on MSNBC? Surely Fox News would put on anyone saying something bad about Hillary.

  13. NewFormatSux says:

    >Look for more articles over the next few days. There’s a lot more where this came from. A LOT more.

Who else interpreted this as articles about Elon Musk?

  14. righteous indignation says:

It’s all a dog and pony show anyway. This is not democrats turn, they’ve had their turn. Nobody has noticed since Reagan the presidency has alternated republican democrat? So I guess this leaves Trump. It’s become blatant in our face the translation of “democracy” is “the mockery”.
