So, let me get this straight. The people who are opposed to sex ed in the schools, saying it should be taught in the home, are the same people who would prosecute a parent who does just that? Once more I’m convinced portions of America and it’s legal system have simply gone insane.
Alleged explicit sex discussion gets mom probation
A Pardeeville [WI] mother accepted a plea agreement on charges she had a sexually explicit discussion with her two sons, even while she maintained she did nothing wrong and that she didn’t understand why she was charged.
Amy J. Smalley, 36, said in court Thursday that she accepted the plea agreement in part because she thought it would be in the best interest of her sons, ages 12 and 16, in that it would spare them from testifying in court.

According to the charges filed against her, Smalley last year told her sons about several sexual experiences she had. She also allegedly described performing oral sex and also showed the two a sex toy.

Don’t stories like this just make you so angry and make you think that their is really no hope for america lol. Kids these days at 10 already know what a dildo is and what doggystyle is, and at 16, the majority are already sexualy active, at least where im from. I lost my virginity at 16, no problems. Better have the child start learning about sex from their parents then having to learn entirely by themselves and make mistakes and stuff. Where i went to high school, Montreal (thats the center of culture, entertainement, hot women and cutting edge science of canada for you cavemen (also where splinter cell, and prince of persia was made) , in grade 9 we would have personal developement class, where the teacher was a cool young teacher, whos traveled all around the world, slept with hundreds of diferent types of women and experiemented with many drugs,would would discuss love and relashionships and everything come simply talk with us all year, and he would give us every angle on everything, the facts and realities, and we would discuss, he woudnt really teach us , but he would guide us, we woudl ask questions and he would tell us about his epereinces of his or freinds etc. Much more effective then having some rabbi talk to us about all sorts bullshitt, and make us all weird and unhealthy about sex and etc. Long story short, that mom getting arrested, total bullshit, 12 and 16, nowadays, kids are way more developped mentaly then maybe 10, 20 years ago. Garantee you the attorney general only got laid at the age of 40…

Even very young kids should know that anytime anyone touches you in a way you don’t want to be touched, even if it is your parents, you have to tell somebody. There was a Steven Speilberg tv-series years ago with a great story: parents are asked to bring their child in to be tested. The parents were scared because he was bright, cheerful, and prefers reading to watching tv. Child is brought in, tested, and passes. Parents get asked if they want a private burial or cremation?
Parents are simply not qualified to raise their kids.

The youngest kid is hip deep in puberty and the oldest is almost done! Further more, yes you are still assuming this woman is some kind of drunkard. Of course she looks like hell in this picture. That was probably the worst day of her life and orange is hardly flattering to someone so lightly complected. The “facts of the case” do not indicate drunkenness of any kind.
