In case you missed it before it was pulled from the organization’s website.

I did some research to make sure this wasn’t a hoax, and it is not. (Or it is the most elaborate hoax in history). It is a sincere advertisement to get people to follow the Global Warming Agenda “or else.” The companies involved with this group include Microsoft, Adidas, Pret a Manger and Aviva among others.

This ad is simply sick and perverse. The producers and the organization itself should all be ashamed of themselves. Did they think this is funny? Originally intended for theaters, the 10:10 folks pulled the video on October 1, saying that it was not well received and that “you live and learn.”

It’s now resurfaced on YouTube. It will be cropping up here and there as they try to take it down over and over. It says a lot about the organization and the people supporting it.

  1. ECA says:

we wont fix something unless we can make a profit from it, and make the PUBLIC pay for it.
EVEn if its the WRONG thing..

  2. mal says:

Dutch here, and that ad isn’t sick, it’s stupid.

  3. Charlie says:

The ad is in no way funny. It just pushes the conform or be outcast from society idea but what is worse is that some screwball(s) actually thought, after some careful consideration no doubt, that this was a good way to promote an idea.. and it’s these same chumps that are leading the propaganda war attempting to guide the world into a new CO2 prohibitionism.

  4. Oz says:

Well, this is the most disgusting you tube movie I’ve seen.
No wonder Microsoft is partially behind it.

Who was the idiot that directed it ?

  5. ECA says:

    I love it..
First the corps, inflate the value of BASIC materials in this nation.
Then Inflate the COSTS of finished goods in this nation, so that CHEAPER goods can be shipped in.
THEn we inflate those Prices to be Equal/HIGHER then if the product was MADE in the USA.
ALL to inflate a economy that is REQUIRED by some idiots to make a Stable gov.

1 economist suggested that a 3% rise in the economy PER YEAR was a good thing..But didnt SAY it was wages that SHOULD be increased, NOT product prices.

So, all the jobs and Business LEFT to other nations so we can get things CHEAPER..NOT tot he consumer, but to the CORPS..OUR CORPS..And why do MOST of those corps MAIN office stay in the USA, rather then SHIP out? In other nations, when they say 30% TAX…its 30% TAX, VERY FEW write offs.

  6. Petros says:

Love this ad. A very Monty Python thing to do. Python exploded people all the time. SHEESH some of you (especially Americans) are precious and delicate!

Excuse me, gotta go, my kids are making way too much noise – where’s that red button gotten to…?

  7. Nelbert99 says:

Apparently it was directed by Richard Curtis , the only good thing he’s ever done was Blackadder , everything is s**t including this.

  8. brian t says:

Yeah, some folks really don’t get British humour and really need to see more Monty Python, such as “The Meaning Of Life”. That passive-aggressive “no pressure” stuff happens in “The Office”, for example: “no pressure” means “do as I say, or else”. This ad is trying to get a message across, while ripping the p!$$ out of enviro-Nazis and their scare tactics.

  9. LDA says:

Did the Manson Family make this. Cut carbon Piggies!

  10. Charbax says:

Hillarious and gutsy. This video can get viral and actually make a difference.

Floods in Pakistan, fires in Russia, BP oil spill, all caused by human made climate polluting global warming.

  11. Holdfast says:

I think that this proves the preconception that everyone has about people from the USA. You do not have a decent sense of humour.

OK it was pretty naff but, of all the people who declared it Sick, how many were not from North America?

  12. FRAGaLOT says:

#3 yes humor is subjective, but this is objective. This video doesn’t humor me, NOR bore me like some “British humor” it’s fucking disturbing, you asshat.

  13. SmartAss says:

Agree or not with the message that was funny as hell, even the wife got a chuckle.

  14. FRAGaLOT says:

”the 300,000 real people who now die each year from climate change.”

Who is dying from “climate change?” all of a sudden? I thought the “planet” was dying, not us?

I love it how they pull these exaggerated numbers out of their ass. If this was true the population of the planet would be going down, not rising. What ever happened to people getting sick and dying from good old fashion POLLUTION? eh?

  15. FRAGaLOT says:

#42 if this was about republicans blowing up, then we Americans would see it as fucking hilarious.

  16. GoGadget says:

We need to press the button on all the 10% lamers…only 20% is really “up to snuff”!

Don’t worry, the slippery slope is only a figment of your imagination, people.

This is definitely sick and twisted humor.

  17. FRAGaLOT says:

#37 Excuse me but when Monty Python blew people up it acctually was funny with an acctual joke beind it, not some bullshit environmental message.

Python didn’t have explosions with bloody gory messes, painting the walls with blood, and the surviving people stunned and disgusted while covered in bits of their co-workers. Python never blew up CHILDREN for fucks sake.

Why does this “10/10” thing remind me of Adam’s “101010” = 42, and did anyone catch the Trains good planes bad bit?

  18. Michael H says:

If that advertisement would have remained on media outlets like tv, internet, and radio (sound out the explosion), then it would have been reasonable to remove all age restrictions on similiar content in horror movies, porn, and video games.

In my opinion, that advertisement should have stayed. We could have gained some ground against censorship.

  19. Dallas says:

Bizarre, even by British standards but also a yawner.

  20. GoGadget says:

#4 Although I can see Dvorak sometimes wishing that he could deal with his guests (on Cranky Geeks) in some way…I imagine it would be more à la Dame Edna with an ejection seat.

  21. clancys_daddy says:

Not funny, blow up some bunny rabbits and maybe you would have something.

  22. cheapdaddy says:

If they blew up kittens or puppies we’d never hear the end of it.

  23. Cursor_ says:

Would have been funnier if the people around had acted as if nothing of value was lost or these people never existed in the first place.

The overall message is the most repugnant as it follows the human mantra of if you are not with us you are against us.

The ad will therefore be effective with the general human population.

  24. gquaglia says:

Says a lot about the mindset of these people. They are no different then the ELF, PETA, radical Pro Lifers or the numerous other wacko groups that have no problem killing in the name of their cause.

  25. gquaglia says:

    I should also included Islam.

  26. jescott418 says:

What these people cannot think of any good reasons to save so they will just jokingly say do it or else?

  27. Denny says:

You can’t have got very far with that research:

Them: “We won’t be making any attempt to censor or remove other versions currently in circulation on the internet.”

You: “It will be cropping up here and there as they try to take it down over and over.”

    Reading comprehension fail?

  28. faxon says:

#42 What? The leak in my roof WASN’T caused by global warming???

  29. Rob Leather says:

Coming to a No Agenda soon.

    # 6 I’m British, I’m appalled by it.

Even ignoring the motivations, it’s a terrible campaign.

  30. Counterweight says:

I had something reasonably intelligent to add but it would just be lost in this group.
